Friday kicks off with one of Oregon’s iconoclastic beer events. This is Oregon’s feel good beer event and encourage anyone who has not attended this event to do so.

Menu
Appetizer:
Beer and cheese pairing, 3 cheeses, 3 beers

Salad:
Mixed field greens tossed in a creamy lemon dressing, with garlic and rye bread croutons, with poached asparagus, and fennel
Entrees:
Each entrée is paired with a different beer. All three are served to show how pairings work. Please choose one:
Fish- Swordfish with grilled tomato salsa
Mixed Grill – Handmade chicken sausage with hazelnuts and cranberry, Korean spare ribs, beef brisket.
Pasta veggie- Gorganzola and shitake mushroom cream suace over poperdelli pasta

All entrees will be served with snap peas, roasted peppers and cauliflower with cripy polenta rounds.

Dessert:
Beer take on a Harvey Wallbanger cake, Orange, anise and beer in lieu of vodka will be the basis of the cake flavor.
