The Audacity of Hops
This strong rye ale features 44 lbs of hops in a 7 barrel batch to create a beer worthy of special event. A small percentage of rye malt in the mash gives this beer further character. Audacity of Hops is the kind of ale that unites beer drinkers from both sides of the isle.

E.lvis’ S.pecial B.itter
Our Extra Special Bitter is considerably hoppier and more flavorful than its English cousin. Brewed on January 8th, Elvis’ birthday, ESB has “Vegas” loads of fresh hop flavor balanced with subtle caramel malt sweetness. Cheers to the King.
