On April 18, the Pelican is at it again with a five-course dinner exploring the chile pepper in all its forms and flavors. As always, each dish will be expertly paired with a Pelican beer that is sure to awaken your taste buds. The event is taking place Saturday, April 18. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $75 and sell out quickly, so be sure to reserve your spot.
