2nd Course: Orzo pasta salad with morel mushrooms and crispy fried duck

3rd Course: Pistachio crusted trout with red pepper and Dungeness crab aioli
Beer: Believer Double Red

4th Course: BBQ Beef brisket, braised with Tricerahops Double IPA, with a Thai carrot and radish coleslaw. Beer: Tricerahops Double IPA

5th Course: Black forest cupcakes with chocolate chip crème anglaise, topped with an Oatis Oatmeal Stout chocolate sauce. Beer: Oatis Oatmeal Stout
