with Hopworks Urban Brewery to present a four-course beer paired dinner for Father’s Day.
Hopworks brewers Christian Ettinger and Ben Love along with Reserve chefs Jason Nussbaumer
and Sean Dwiggans will wax eloquent on the joys of beer and food.
First Course
Crosstown Pale Ale
Yukon Gold potato cake topped with house smoked Oregon Wild Salmon,
Ale marinated and grilled Walla Walla sweet onions
Second Course
Velvet ESB (English Session Beer)
Oregon Gourmet Sublimity cheese fondue served with House made flatbread,
Grilled bratwurst sausage
Entrée Course
Survival Stout
Carlton Farms pork chop and stout braised pork belly with tart cherry mole sauce,
