After 12 years of operating as a wholesale microbrewery, Caldera Brewing Company recently opened the Caldera Tap House in beautiful downtown Ashland, Oregon. Located at 31 Water Street, under the bridge, Caldera Tap House has Ashland’s largest outdoor decks sitting adjacent to Ashland Creek. The Tap House currently features 20 taps, and 11 Caldera beers including Caldera Hibiscus Ginger Beer, Dry Hop Ashland Amber, Rose Petal Imperial Golden Ale and Dry Hop Red.

Caldera Brewing Company is celebrating its 12th year anniversary and Caldera Tap House is celebrating its Grand Opening this Friday August 28. Come on down and celebrate the anniversary and grand opening with us. Ribbon cutting by the Ashland Chamber of Commerce commences at 3 pm followed by live music. Live music from 3 pm till 8 pm outside and again inside after 9 pm. No cover charge for this event. 21 years of age and older.
The Caldera Tap House menu incorporates pub grub like nachos, fresh cut fries, and hot wings. The menu also has some eclectic offerings such as Black and Blues: toasted baguette slices with blue cheese, basil, red grapes, and candied almonds finished with a maple balsamic reduction, wild Salmon Burger with house made lemon-dill aioli or one of the Simple Salads with Passion Fruit Champagne Vinaigrette.

Caldera Brewing Company is celebrating its 12th year anniversary and Caldera Tap House is celebrating its Grand Opening this Friday August 28. Admittance to the Oakridge Keg & Cask Festival is $15 which includes a commemorative pint glass or wine glass and 4 taste tickets. Additional tickets are $1 each. Tasters must be 21 to enter the tasting area. The food court will be free of charge and open to all ages. Local musicians will play in front of the Brewers’ Union before a covered seating area/
Breweries who will be selling tastes of beer: Oakshire Brewing and Ninkasi from Eugene, Wakonda Brewing Co. from Florence, Block 15 Brewery from Corvallis and Brewers Union Local 180 from Oakridge.

12:00 to 4:00 – Washoes Tournament
11:00 to 9:00 – Free Pinball
11:00 to 9:00 – Free Shuffleboard
Mini Beer Fest is 100% dog-friendly and owners are encouraged to bring their companions
with them. A portion of the proceeds from the Mini Beer Festival will benefit the Portlandbased Pixie Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing animal adoption in a nurturing environment and affording access to spay and neuter services for everyone.
With a $10.00 paid admission, each attendee will receive 5 taster tickets. Additional tickets will be sold for $1.00 each.

Come down to Hopworks for the release of our latest seasonal U-Bahn Kolsch. Kölsch is a
special ale brewed exclusively in Cologne, Germany. Brewmaster Christian Ettinger spent a
term in Cologne during college where he enjoyed every one of the 22 versions of Kolsch
brewed in the city limits with the help of the U-Bahn subway. Kolsch has a bright straw
color of a Pilsner with a subtle hop aroma and bitterness. U-Bahn Kölsch is a top-
fermented ale fermented at 60°F with a traditional yeast strain fermented at much colder
temperatures. 12 Plato 5.3% ABV IBU 18
