A colleague and I joined the tour at the farm [we live in Salem]. Dustin, a Rouge employee, conducted the tour.
We toured four massive buildings housing the processing. Hops was present at each station.
Perhaps a dozen people on the tour; several home brewers. Process descriptions, brief history, some factoids were given. Questions were answered. Dustin did a good job.
The $10 fee included a nice sandwich box lunch. Beer samples [from 5 bombers] were offered before and after the tour.
We thoroughly enjoyed it.
I recommend it.
