At 5 pm, Brewmaster Ron Gansberg will debut this years Fresh Hop beer a Cascadian Dark Ale whose name escapes me – barrel conditioned and made from Crystal and Cascade hops.
Also debuting, Ipanox 2009 made with Cascade, Perle, Brewers Gold and Amarillo hops weighing in at 6.25% ABV and 73 IBU.

Food will include slow-roasted chicken hindquarters rubbed in Ron’s secret recipe, house smoked pulled pork sandwiches, quarter racks of BBQ pork ribs, grilled sausages, roasted potatoes and corn on the cob. Gansberg’s Black Lodge acoustic roots country blue grass band will also make an appearance.
