Roots is throwing its annual Halloween party in their Annex
Liquid will be playing at 9pm.
Best costume judging will take place at 10 pm.
1st prize is a night at Haystack Inn at Cannon beach.
2nd place is a dinner for 2 at Roots (drinks excluded)
