The first in “Brewer’s Debut Series” beer, Asst. Brewer Matt Speckenbach brings us a deeply roasty, dry American-style Stout. Brewed with generous amounts of organic Carafa malt from Bamberg, Germany which gives it a round, roasty flavor with assertive dark chocolate bitterness up front, followed by a smooth and mildly fruity finish, this beer gets richer and more complex the longer you sip it.
Plato-13.5 IBU-30 ABV-5.3
Look for our next release in our “Brewer’s Debut Series”, a saison brewed by our own Jaime Rodriguez.
