Please note the following Craft Beer Production course to be offered winter term 2010.
This course focuses on beer production practices and quality control management. Covers equipment operation, maintenance, sanitation and safety. Demonstrates wort and beer analysis, additions, fermentation management, and laboratory testing. Presents beer packaging options.

o February 6: Rock Bottom Brewery, 206 SW Morrison Street, Portland;
o February 20: Chemeketa Woodburn Center, Room 203, 120 East Lincoln Street, Woodburn; and
o March 6: Bridgeport Brewing.

Students must be 21 years of age.
