Chocolate Stout brewed by Oregon Brew Crew President Aaron Cohen.
Brewed with 8 ingredients including: 2-Row Pale, Chocolate and Crystal 60 malts;
Black, Light-Roasted and Flaked Barley; Northern Brewer and Golding Hops.
The water used was adjusted with brewing salts to match the water profile of London, England,
a city known for its dark beers.
Specifications are 100 IBU, 15º Lovibond and 17.8º Plato.
