Alpha Dragon IPA is brew #11 from the Green Dragon – Oregon Brew Crew collaboration, brewed on the Green Dragon’s 1 barrel nano brew system. Brewed with 9 ingredients: 2 Row Pale, Crystal 40 and Wheat Malt; Magnum, Cascade, Simcoe and Summit Hops, Invert Sugar and American Ale Yeast. Specifications are 80 IBU, 9º Lovibond, and 16.9º Plato.
A portion of the proceeds from Alpha Dragon IPA will be donated to the Oregon Brew Crew.
