Meet Double Mountain’s Charlie Devereux’s and taste his yearly beer for Double Mountain’s Anniversary on 3/13. Last years beer was an alt called Das Boot, this year is an IPA made with all-English malts and hops. The Empire Strikes Back is made with Maris Otter pale, Crisp “coloured malt”, Fuggles and Goldings hops. It is currently sitting on a bed of dry-hop Goldings.
