Please come join the Oregon Brew Crew’s Meister of Burger himself, James Watt for the release of his very special ale, Brussel Muscle, which is a Belgian-Style Trippel, which is a strong golden ale, made with 2-row pale malt, clear candi sugar, invert and some turbinado sugar. Magnum hops add a spicy flavor, with the Centennial hops adding floral, citrus and spice.
Made with the Ardennes yeast strain which adds fruitiness and a complex spice to the overall mix. To complement all of this, a pinch of whole cloves and orange peel was added to the boil at the last moment.
OG = 20.4bx/1.0791/19.1P, FG = 9.8bx/1.0106, 9.0 % ABV, SRM 5.2, 41.9 IBU
