Astoria Brewing – Astoria, Oregon
Solar Dog IPA Ale – 6.2% ABV
A big straight forward blend of citrus notes and flavors followed by a smooth malty finish.
Beer Valley – Ontario, Oregon
Pigskin Pale Ale – 6% ABV
Light in color yet high in malt & hop character. Crisp and clean like a well-executed touchdown pass, Pigskin Pale Ale finishes off with an end zone celebration of zesty, floral hops that says 6 points. American Style.
Owyhee Amber – 5.5% ABV
This ale is an easy drinking, amber beer for the masses. Brewed with 2-row barley, Munich, and crystal malts, this amber beer is a cleaner, crisper version of an ale reminiscent of an amber lager beer. Owyhee Amber is a true session beer as refreshing as a breath of air in the vast mountain range that it was named after.
Bend Brewing – Bend, Oregon
Doppel Bock – 7.8% ABV
Huge malt aroma which assails the nose with sweet complexity. This beer slinks over the palate leaving in its wake an intense creamy, sweet, nutty maltiness and nuances of freshly baked bread.
Ching Ching – 4.5% ABV
Ching Ching is a whimsical take on a German Berliner Weisse. It is effervescent with a SweeTART tanginess. Pomegranate and hibiscus make this a perfect summer thirst quencher that just might push the boundaries of what you consider beer.
Boneyard Beers – Bend, Oregon
GIRL BEER – aka “BEERMOSA” – 4.3% ABV
This wheat ale is re-fermented with a blend of dark sweet and tart Oregon cherries. The use of special malts from Germany lends a slight tartness to balance beautifully with the cherries. This ale is very smooth & light in body. Although this beer was created with the ladies in mind, it is a favorite among many gentlemen as well.
Calapooia Brewing – Albany, Oregon
Hop Rye Pale – 6% ABV
This rye pale ale is 20% rye malt, single hopped with nugget.
Upright Brewing – Portland, Oregon
Alphaphylactic – 8.1% ABV
Alphaphylactic Hop was brewed for Saraveza’s second annual double IPA fest and is currently out and about. The beer uses more hops than any brew we’ve made so far, yet still has an aroma spiked with floral and fruity notes rooted in a high temperature fermentation using the brewery’s house saison yeast. Bitterness is moderate for a double IPA but is accentuated by a long and biting finish.
Double Mountain Brewery – Hood River, Oregon
Vaporizer Dry Hopped Pale Ale – 6% ABV
“THE VAPORIZER” is a golden-hued Pale Ale that features a beautifully hoppy aroma and flavor. The malt is 100% Gambrinus Pilsner, our sweet and supple house malt from Gambrinus Malting in British Columbia. The hops are primarily of the Challenger variety, grown on a single farm in the Yakima Valley. We dry-hop “THE VAPORIZER” to pump up the hoppy goodness. It’s an appetizingly dry, clean and pure-tasting take on a hoppy Pale Ale.
Hop Lava Imperial IPA – 7% ABV
This big, glowing, powerful IPA is packed with assertive Northwest hops that are floral, citrusy and resinous. A healthy dose of Munich malt helps to provide backbone and balance against the hoppy attack. The result? Explosive! Brewed with Gambrinus Organic Pilsner and Munich Malt, Centennial and Cascade hops.
Oakshire Brewing – Eugene, Oregon
Line Dry Rye – summer seasonal – 5.5% ABV
Line Dry Rye is a honey-orange colored pale ale. It is crafted with 10% rye malt and 10% flaked rye for a complex malt profile. American hops give Line Dry a crisp bitterness and a slight citrusy flavor. Clean and refreshing, it ends with just a small note of blackberry honey in the finish that brings all of the elements together. The name “Line Dry” was chosen as the perfect fit for summer in the Willamette Valley. With only a small window of opportunity to practice this energy saving practice, we think it is time you sit back with a pint of Line Dry Rye and watch the clothes dry!
Gilgamesh Brewing – Turner, Oregon
Mamba 7.0% ABV
Formerly known as “Black Mamba”, this beer is a very complex hopless brew, with a light, yet slightly sweet and spicy body. Brewed with black tea, a hint of tangerine zest, and rye creating an aromatic and extremely unique brew. Definitely something you must try.
Fire Mountain Brewery – Carlton, Oregon
Bogart IPA – 6.9% ABV
Bogart is a truly great North West IPA. In the mash tun, Marris, Otter and 4 other malts including Canadian pils gives this ale its smooth malt balance. Hops in the kettle, Cascade “true to the cause” along with Centennial, Simcoe, Hercules and Willamette. Hops in the Brite, Cascade, of course, and 5 other NW varieties to bring a balance of hop aromas to life.
Flat Tail Brewing – Corvallis, Oregon
Belgian Blonde Ale – 6.5% ABV
Brewed with 100% Belgian malts, and imported Belgian Candi Syrup. Fermented with a traditional Trappist yeast strain in our open tank, and allowed to rise from 58 degrees to 87 degrees naturally, without temperature control.
Hop Valley Brewing – Springfield, Oregon
Stepchild Red 6.1% ABV
This beer is a hoppy, malty, rich NW red ale, deep amber in color. We used Great Western 2 row, Crystal Munich, Cerastan & chocolate malt, Cluster, Cascade, Palisade & Ahtanum hops.
Caldera Brewing – Ashland, Oregon
Hop Hash – 7.0% ABV
This beer gets its name from the Hop Union Hop Hash nuggets – pure hop lupulin extracted and scraped from the Hop Union pelletizing line, then boiled for 90 minutes in the kettle. According to the brewer, this has never been done before! Premium 2-row, Great Western Munich, Crisp 60L and rolled oats comprise the grain bill designed to carry this load. Fermented warm using American Ale yeast to bring out the fruitiness, the resulting beer is designed to be a surprise on all fronts. Even the brewer has no idea how hoppy it’ll be.
