Breakside Brewery’s brewer, Ben Edmunds will be leading Brewvana’s next Connoisseur Tour. Ben has studied at the Seibel Institute, spent time in Belgium and now is the head Brewer at Breakside Brewery. He is constantly coming up with new and fun ideas and incorporating classic beer styles into his own beers. There is a new beer tapped weekly at his brewery, and he often collaborated with other brewers. He is the founder of the Oregon Beer Odyssey and loves to talk about beer and lead classes, samplings and pairings. He also writes for the New School Beer Blog and is very well known and respected within the beer community. The tour will visit 3 local breweries, a restaurant that is featuring Breakside beer and a local beer bar: Breakside, Podnah’s Pit, Saraveza, Widmer and Upright. Tour price includes beer at each location, lunch at Podnah’s Pit, and transportation
