An evening with a Portland’s finest chefs, award-winning beers and celebrity judges to benefit Morrison Child & Family Services.
Attendees will be voting on which chef wins the People’s Choice Award based on taste, best pairing, and creativity.

Chef Gavin Ledson from Davis Street Tavern / Pork Jawl Banh Mi Paired with Chainbreaker White IPA
Chef Sarah Schafer from Irving Street Kitchen / Spice Seared Sea Scallops with 12 Hour Pork Belly, Black-Eyed Peas, and Sweet Bourbon Jus Paired with The Stoic
Chef Paul Bachand from Recipe / Hand Formed Duck Fat Sope with Crispy Duck “Carnitas”, Smoked Hazelnut Mole and The Abyss Creme Fraiche Paired with The Abyss
Chef John Eisenhart from Pazzo Ristorante / Veal Cheeks with Candy Cap, Savoy Cabbage and Moscato D’Asti Paired with Mirror Pond Pale Ale
Chefs Jeff Usinowicz from Deschutes Brewery Portland Public House Dry Aged Baby Back Ribs with Tart Cherry BBQ Sauce, Yam Goat Cheese Croquettes, Winter Onion Salad Paired with Armory XPA
Dessert will be a “Burnt Sugar Cube” Espresso & Crusted Beignet prepared by Deschutes Brewery’s Pastry Chef Jill Ramseier
