The first beer created and second released in the Conflux Series + is a collaboration with Hair of the Dog Brewing Co, only a limited amount of bottles for sale at both pubs and there is a 3 bottle limit per person and in addition to tasting this beer on tap, we will have a specialty food menu that pairs perfectly with this beer. Collage Release Special Menu-Deep dish wild mushroom & triple cream quiche with herb salad, Grilled Lamb chops with tart cherry chutney and mint pesto duo of fried and creamed cauliflower and Pistachio roulade with white chocolate-whisky mousse sweet cherry meringue, tart rhubarb coulis
