Roots has remodeled the dining room, kitchen and event room.
Roots now offers full table service and lunch from 11:30 am every day.

Everything is made from scratch, using only the freshest, locally-grown, and organic produce,
They use a majority of the veggies used in house from our own organic garden.
They even advertise that they hand smoke their own meats so what could be better than that?
Also on board is new Chef Chris Helmintaler. Chris has over twenty years of kitchen experience, ten of which, as an executive chef. His new lunch and dinner menu features
healthy soups, salads, sandwiches and their signature hand rubbed Jerk Chicken and Jerk Baby Back Ribs. Also offered is an extensive vegan and gluten free menu. Kids welcome as always.
