$25

10 Barrel Brewing Company • Pray For Snow
Strong Ale [Strong Ale] • ABV: 7.6% • IBUs: 37
Dark copper in color with slight reddish hues and a light tan head, this beer features a big, malty aroma with a Munich character. A spicy noble hop aroma, medium-bodied mouthfeel, and German malt flavor profile with slight roasty notes lend a subtle toffee sweetness balanced with spicy hop bitterness and slight alcohol warming.

Alameda Brewhouse • Papa Noel’s Moonlight Reserve
English Old Ale [Strong Ale] • ABV: 8.5% • IBUs: 40
Kettle and dry hopping with East Kent Goldings imparts this ale with traditional British character. After fermentation it was aged with whiskey soaked French white oak spires, lending some dryness to the huge amount of Crystal malt employed in the grain bill. You may taste hints of toffee, raisins, chocolate or caramel.

Beer Valley Brewing Company • Ho Ho Ho Slapper
Strong Ale [Strong Ale] • ABV: 10.0% • IBUs: 50
This winter warmer is brewed with six different malts and a hint of zesty Pacific Northwest hops.

Block 15 Restaurant & Brewery • Figgy Pudding, Olde Stock
Brandy Barrel-Aged Strong Ale [Strong Ale] • ABV: 11.0% • IBUs: 44
This haunting Strong Ale is brewed with English pale and specialty malts and molasses, then matured in freshly emptied brandy barrels and conditioned with mission figs. It’s gently spiced with Ceylon cinnamon and whole nutmeg and further aged with English stock wild yeast.

Breakside Brewery • Belge d’Hiver
Belgian Strong Ale [Belgian Ale] • ABV: 8.1% • IBUs: 55
Brewed using Belgian Pils malt, wit yeast, and an absurd amount of Continental hops, this light colored brew defies easy style categories and stakes out new territory in the brewing world. It’s finished with a touch of secret holiday spices for additional complexity.

BridgePort Brewing Company • Old Knucklehead Barley Wine
Barleywine [Strong Ale] • ABV: 9.0% • IBUs: 69
Old Knucklehead combines pale, caramel and chocolate malts with English Goldings, Cascades and Chinook hops.

Buckman Village Brewery • Ginger Beer
Ginger Specialty Beer [Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer] • ABV: 5.0% • IBUs: 36
This honey-colored, bright botanically-bred ale features distinct freshly sliced ginger root notes on the nose and a lingering finish with secondary citrus and clean-spice aromas.

Cascade Brewing Company • Sang Noir
Bourbon Fruit Sour Red [Sour Ale] • ABV: 9.5% • IBUs: 9
This deep, dark double red was aged more than a year in Pinot and Whiskey barrels, then blended with a barrel of Bing cherries. It’s a deep, rich and complex NW double red.

Collaborator • Aegir’s Cauldron
Barrel-Aged Porter [Baltic Porter] • ABV: 10.7% • IBUs: 71
A Baltic Porter aged in Bourbon barrels, this beer has a viscous body with hints of chocolate and molasses followed by a Bourbon barrel finish. In Norse mythology Aegir was a god of the Sea and was known for throwing elaborate parties and brewing his beer with his nine daughters from an enormous cauldron. This was brewed in collaboration with homebrewer Kelly Collins.

Deschutes Brewery • Streaking the Quad
Belgian Strong Ale [Belgian Ale] • ABV: 9.0% • IBUs: 23
This Strong Belgian Ale is fruity and full of flavor. Aged in rye whiskey barrels for nine months, its slightly spicy aroma promises to leave you with a warm fuzzy holiday feeling.

Double Mountain Brewery & Taproom • Bockus
Strong Black Lager [Dark Lager] • ABV: 7.1% • IBUs: 45
Created in honor of Bacchus, the Roman God of Intoxication, this beer is big and chocolaty, with a roasty, malty flavor, a light beige head and a crisp finish. The Czech lager yeast keeps it all smooth and clean. All hail Bockus!

Fort George Brewery & Public House • North the Fourth
Strong Ale [Strong Ale] • ABV: 9.6% • IBUs: 80
This holiday delight was made with a two pounds of candy canes, 60 pounds of cranberries, and over 40 pounds of spruce tips. Chocolate, caramel and 2-row make up the malty profile, balanced out with US Challenger and Czech Saaz hops.

Holiday Ale • Moore Holiday Ale
Imperial Bohemian Pilsner [Pilsner] • ABV: 7.5% • IBUs: 32
This recreation of a past Collaborator beer – Moore Maibock – was resurrected specifically for the Festival. Saaz hops were used to grab your attention so you would notice the smooth Pilsner malts refreshing your palate.

Hop Valley Brewing Company • Festeroo
English Olde Ale [Strong Ale] • ABV: 8.0% • IBUs: 50
Based on the brewery’s interpretation of an English Style Old Ale, this is a big, deep red malty ale with just enough hops to balance it out.

Hopworks Urban Brewery • Kentucky Christmas
Strong Ale [Strong Ale] • ABV: 8.0% • IBUs: 70
Kentucky Christmas began its life as Abominable Winter Ale before being gently whisked away to a cavern deep in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Here, outside the reach of modern communications, it was laid to rest in freshly emptied Buffalo Trace Kentucky Bourbon barrels where notes of vanilla and spice mixed with citrus and caramel.

Laurelwood Brewing Company • Black Pepper Belgian Pale Ale
Belgian Strong Ale [Belgian Ale] • ABV: 7.0% • IBUs: 25
This Belgian Pale Ale features the spicy character of black peppercorns, adding a new twist to the traditional winter warmer.

Lompoc Brewery • Franc’ly Brewdolph
Belgian Red Ale [Belgian Ale] • ABV: 7.6% • IBUs: 50
This Belgian Style Red Ale was brewed with the Belgian Ardennes yeast strain in October 2009 and aged in Cabernet Franc barrels for 13 months. It was then blended in a tank with the 2010 Brewdolph. It has a malty and creamy body, a mild fruitiness, and a spicy, oak flavor.

Lucky Labrador Brewing • Pavlov’s Russian Imperial Stout
Russian Imperial Stout [Stout] • ABV: 10.4% • IBUs: 68
This is a big and dark winter warmer aged in Pinot barrels.

McMenamins Old St. Francis School • Parson Brown
American Brown/Winter Warmer Hybrid [Brown Ale] • ABV: 6.5% • IBUs: 35
An American Brown with a kick, Parson Brown is more accurately a hybrid of the American Brown/Winter Warmer styles and full of roasted-nut flavor and full malty tones. This is a bolder brown for the season with extra hops and extra body.

Migration Brewery • Nor’Easter
Belgian Strong Ale [Belgian Ale] • ABV: 10.0% • IBUs: 30
This medium bodied, light copper colored Belgian Strong Ale is made with fresh New England maple syrup. The full palette of flavor is highlighted by a slight sweetness coupled with subtle smokey, woody undertones. Built on Belgian Pilsner, Munich, Biscuit and aromatic malts and rounded out with Noble hops, this beer is robust and delicious.

Natian Brewery • Old Grogham Winter IPA
Imperial IPA [Imperial IPA] • ABV: 8.5% • IBUs: 86
Multiple additions of Palisade hops were added throughout the boil and dry hop schedule, along with high alpha American hops for bittering, Noble hops for aroma and a few other varieties in between to balance the heavy malt profile. Rum soaked Oregon oak spires added during the final stages of fermentation bring flavor notes of caramel and vanilla to complement the bitterness.

Ninkasi Brewing Company • Unconventionale
Imperial Stout w/ Herbs [Stout] • ABV: 10.0% • IBUs: 79
This rich, full-bodied Imperial Stout features lavender, taragon and heather to smooth out the edges.

Oakshire Brewing • Very Ill-Tempered Gnome
Strong Ale [Strong Ale] • ABV: 9.7% • IBUs: 80
This bold and balanced beer features a complex malt profile of caramel, light fruit and toasty nut, backed up by a warming alcohol presence and a solid citrus hop blast.

Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery • Blitzen
Belgian Tripel [Belgian Ale] • ABV: 8.4% • IBUs: 35
Blitzen is a strong golden ale with a fruity and spicy aroma. It’s bright and effervescent with notes of clove, plum, apricot, pepper and peppermint, balanced with a dry maltiness. The color is a deep gold, and it pours with a thick, rich, long lasting head.

Seven Brides Brewing • Weezin-ator
German Doppelbock [Doppelbock] • ABV: 9.7% • IBUs: 71
This beer is dominated by its strong, deep toasty flavors that have a full-bodied finish and a lingering sweetness from the complex mix of malts and Hercules hops shipped straight from Germany. This little girl’s beer packs a big punch.

Southern Oregon Brewing Company • Mrs. Claws
Strong Ale [Strong Ale] • ABV: 9.5% • IBUs: 65
Mrs. Claws is a naughty little barleywine crafted in a classic English style with a dark wheat and flaked oat element to give her a perfect body. Don’t be fooled by her smooth, balanced approach for she is quite complex. She can be quite dangerous and will catch you by surprise if you’re not careful; but if you treat her right, she will welcome you home and keep you warm all night.

Three Creeks Brewing Company • Rudolph’s Imperial Red
Imperial Red Ale [Red Ale] • ABV: 9.0% • IBUs: 80
This big, bold Imperial Red features ample malt, hops and attitude to impress the boldest of beer connoisseurs. It’s guaranteed to promote a big smile and huge red nose!

Vertigo Brewing • La Niña Coffee Porter
Robust Coffee Porter [Porter] • ABV: 6.3% • IBUs: 20
Briess Pale balanced with roast, chocolate, caramel and Munich malts create a complex, rich porter that is infused with a dark roast coffee. The winter warmer was lightly hopped to allow the coffee bitterness to help balance the maltiness of this robust beer.

Widmer Brothers Brewing Company • Black Dynamite
Specialty Baltic Porter [Baltic Porter] • ABV: 7.8% • IBUs: 50
Brewer Scott Kacek bit into a lemon/peppercorn/chocolate bar and BOOM! – the idea for this beer was born. Local chocolate nibs, fresh lemon zest and peppercorns were added at various stages. The base beer, a Baltic Porter, was a natural selection to help hold up to the bold flavors.
