Imperial Pray For Snow aged in Brandy Barrels: This is an Imperial version of our annual winter warmer. The beer will have notes of graham cracker, sweet caramel, and cream of wheat that is contributed by the malt. To balance it off we used a generous hopping of Cascade, Meridian, Centennial, Northern Brewer, Crystal, and Super Galena. This created undertones of herb and spice supported by a grapefruit pop. The final piece of this beer was delivered by the half year of aging in Brandy barrels that provide a candied fruit flavor and aromatic. 8% ABV, 60 IBU
Whiskey Barrel Big Black Stout: What makes a great stout even better; whiskey barrels. Big Black is a stout with a rich, full of depth brew with contributed by caramel, roasted barley, and wheat specialty malts. The grapefruit bitter hop notes are purveyed by Northern Brewer hops. The whole beer is wrapped together by 9 months of aging in Heavenly Hills Whiskey barrels. ABV 6% , IBU 55
Oak Aged Wicked Medicine: This rich and complex Belgian Strong Ale was brewed with cherries and raisins and fermented with a Belgian Abbey style yeast. The aroma is malty and sweet with hints of dried fruits and spice. After aging for a year in stainless steel it spent 3 months in a French Pinot Noir barrel. OG : 22.3 Plato. FG : 3.2 Plato IBUs : 22 ABV : 10.7%
The Raven Baltic Porter: Deep dark brown in color with a mocha head, this Baltic Porter has a flavor reminiscent of chocolate and toffee, with a hint of lightly roasted coffee. After aging in stainless for 3 months this bad boy spent an entire year in a Heaven Hills Bourbon barrel to add a little kick. OG : 21 Plato. FG : 3.9 Plato IBUs : 30 ABV : 9.8 %
Sexi Mexi: This unique beer was brewed in collaboration with “The Home Brew Chef”, Sean Z. Paxton, whos deep understanding of both culinary and brewing sciences has enriched the brewing community. This beer has a rustic chocolate sweetness, and a spicy flavor that reveals hints of cayenne, ancho chili, and cinnamon, underscored by nuances of orange peel, vanilla bean, and dried fruit. Truly one of a kind. ABV 10% , IBUs 25
Super Nebula, Imperial Stout: 2011 vintage matured in the rare rediscovered white oak Bourbon barrels managed by Buffalo Trace Distillery, dating 1989, 1991, & 1993. After blending, we chose Dominican Republic “Conacado” cocoa nibs for their luscious earthy, rum, and Blackberry character. 11% alc/vol
Framboise White: Belgian inspired white ale matured in 12 months in Chardonnay barrels with locally grown organic golden raspberries. Pours a hazy off white, notes of raspberry, wheat, tropical fruits and roses. Refreshingly sour with a thirst quenching finish. 7%alc/vol
Suge Knight: Suge Knight is an Imperial Stout aged 1 year in a Heaven Hill oak Bourbon barrel. Really smooth and balanced as a beer this big can be. The 14% doesn’t overstay its welcome. ABV 14%
Experimental IPA: This beer was aged for 11 motnhs in a H.H. oak rye Bourbon barrel using experimental hops and hop oils. ABV 6.5%, IBU 60.
Funky Bunch: This sour beer was the bronze medal winner at the North American Beer Awards in 2011. It is aged on new french oak chips and Brettanomyces with fruit. ABV6%
Barrel Aged Silverback Imperial Stout: Imperial Stout is the largest of all stout varieties, thus the tribute to the largest of all primates the Silverback Gorilla. Brewed with 10 different varieties of specialty malts ranging from Black malt to Flaked Barley, this Imperial is a robust, chewy version of the style. Two generous hop additions of Warrior and Willamette hops add bitterness to compliment the malty sweetness and warmth created by this high alcohol beverage. This Stout was aged on Bourbon barrels from the Heaven Hill Distilleries located in Bardstown Kentucky. This Stout has been aged for the past six months on the barrels to create a slight vanilla flavor along with notes of Bourbon to create a complex warm beverage. ABV 8.5%, IBU 65, OG 1.088.
Pinot Twilight: This Pinot aged rendition of our lighter, yet full-flavored, aromatic summer ale, has notes of currant, smokiness and dark fruits from its month of aging in Domaine Drouhin French Oak Pinot Noir barrels. Twilight’s solid malt foundation pairs with distinctive Amarillos dry hopped to establish flavors every bit as intriguing as bigger, heavier ales. A backporch, lingering, sunset wonder. ABV 5% ~ IBUs 38, Malt: NW Pale, Carastan, Carapils, Hops: Northern Brewer, Amarillo , Cascade, Tettnang, Other: French Oak Barrel-Aging
Plum Line Sour Beer: This light body brew is infected with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis and Lambicus in oak casks. Italian Tart Plum was added to complete the roundness of the sour flavor and to add a hint of color. With the oak, fruit, and wild yeast combined together to give a delightful and funky sour beer for the hot days of summer. ABV: 5% IBU: 15, Other: Pinot Noir Barrel-Aging

Kentucky Christmas: Kentucky Christmas began its life as Abominable Winter Ale before being gently whisked away to a cavern deep in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Here, outside the reach of modern communications, it was laid to rest in freshly emptied Heaven Hill Kentucky Bourbon barrels where notes of vanilla and spice mixed with citrus and caramel. One sip and you’ll be transported to a beautiful southern highway in the Bluegrass State.Plato 17, IBU 70, ABV 8%
Jam: A Wine Barrel-aged with the aroma of berries and tropical fruit from the 30 lbs of Marionberries used per barrel with a hint of oak from the aging in Syrah Barrels. Initially you sense a distinct marionberry flavor and sourness followed by a smooth tropical fruit hop flavor and a mild oak and vanilla. ABV ~6.5%, IBU 18
Oak Aged Pale Ale: Flavors of subtle vanilla and sherry balance a carmel colored American pale. Aged in oak for 4 months. ABV 5.5%, IBU 40
WHISKEY BROWN: For this concoction we took our Sleepy Hollow Nut Brown and aged it in a McMenamins Hogshead Whiskey barrel for 3 months. The beer was then cold conditioned for another 8 months! That’s almost one whole year of aging! While in the barrel it soaked a ton of oak wood flavors as well as sweet malt whiskey tones. An aroma of whiskey melds well with the nutty brown ale and finishes with oak and earthy characteristics. Perfect for sipping just like a whiskey!! Malts: GWM Pale, Munich, Flaked Barley, Crystal 15L, Crystal 120L Baird’s Chocolate and Baird’s Roast, Hops: Chinook and US Golding
OG 1.050, TG 1.011, ABV 5.0, IBU 17, SRM 18
OLDE WORLD BARREL AGED: This Old Ale has a definite malt back bone. Hints of chocolate and roast are available in the malt complex. Put into a whiskey barrel for 3 months and then cold conditioned in keg for 3 more months, sweet whiskey and hints of wood synch in with the malt body. A slight tartness comes along up front but recedes to the back so the malt body and dry oak finish can pronounce itself. A dark beer with a mild all around flavor and leaves you with a delicious and distinct flavor! Malts: GWM Pale, GWM 2-Row, Crystal 30/37, Crystal 70/80, Baird’s Brown and Baird’s Chocolate, Hops: Chinook, US Golding and Willamette
OG 1.056, TG 1.011, ABV 5.7, IBU 20, SRM 21
Oatis Oatmeal Stout: Aged for 5 months in Heaven Hills Whiskey Barrels for 5 months, Oatis Oatmeal Stout is characterized by a roasted front flavor, smooth rich oats, a touch chocolate flavor and dry finish. Oatis is bigger than the traditional style with more alcohol, body and a touch more bitterness to keep it balanced. ABV 7.2%, IBUs 50
Renewale 2012 – Porter: Each year Renewale is something new and special to enjoy while winter runs its course, but aged in a Heaven Hills Whiskey Barrel for 5 months Renewale survived the winter for a special summer appearance. Bittersweet chocolate, caramel, pleasant fruity esters and a smooth malt creaminess combine to create a flavorful, drinkable and true-to-style Robust Porter. ABV 5.9%, IBUs 38
Bourbon Nutcracker: Our Single Batch series beer from the winter, the Nutcracker, is an Imperial Gingerbread Porter. It was aged for 6 months in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrel. Hint of spice and chocolate are hidden behind a wall of vanilla, oak, and bourbon. 8.5% ABV
Bourbon Barrel Aged Demolition Man: Demolition man is our take on a Pacific Northwest Strong Ale. This boozy, amber hued beer is made with NW pale and caramel malts, brown sugar and a whole bunch of the finest Oregon grown hops. Aged for six months in a freshly emptied Oregon Spirits Distilling bourbon barrel. ABV 10%, IBU 80, SRM 14
Bourbon Barrel Aged Hazelnut Coffee Darkside Stout: Silver Moon’s gold medal winning foreign style stout is a natural choice for barrel aging. This thick, bittersweet stout is blended with roasted hazelnuts and local Backporch coffee. Aged for six months in a second use Heaven Hills bourbon barrel. ABV 7%, IBU 55, SRM 50
Bourbon Barrel Aged Chocolate Orange Darkside Stout: Silver Moon’s gold medal winning foreign style stout is a natural choice for barrel aging. This thick, bittersweet stout is blended with roasted cocoa nibs and sweet orange peel. Aged for six months in a second use Heaven Hills bourbon barrel. ABV 7%, IBU 55, SRM 50
Boyz in the Wood Barrel Aged Blend: Making a return to Little Woody for a second year! Boyz is an aggressively flavored blend of three of Silver Moon’s finest ales. The blend includes one third Hound’s Tooth amber ale, one third Hop Fury IPA and one third 2010 bourbon barrel aged Old Trainwreck barleywine. ABV 8.5%, IBU: unknown, SRM 12
Terry’s Special Bitter: This sessionable special bitter is packed with earthy malt character from imported Maris Otter malt with Mt. Hood and Golding hops providing balance and a pleasant woody hop flavor and aroma, TSB is a touch of England with a Northwest twist.ABV 4.3%, IBU 35
Deja Voodoo Pinot Barrel-aged Imperial IPA: The Deja Voodoo has most of the components of our Hoodoo Voodoo IPA, with a few extra goodies thrown in. We load 25lbs of hops and 13lbs of dry hops in this high flying brew that we managed to improve by aging in a Pinot Noir barrel for 9 months. The final result retains its hoppiness while adding strong oak notes and a touch of fruit. Strong malt flavors are balanced beautifully with a solid hop presence and a touch of booziness at this level of ABV. ABV 10%, IBU 80
