Ron and Co. are doing a tasting this Saturday, the 22nd of November from noon to 4:00 pm of bottled Kriek, Blackberry, Cuvee as well as a preview of this years Kriek and “Shekar”, a sour spiced Strong Blond fermented with white wine grapes.3

Salzberg Festbier (Strong Cream Ale)
2006 Oak Aged Weizenbock (Strong Wheat Beer)
2007 Oak Aged Biere de Noel (Spiced Amber Biere de Garde)
The Menus will include:
Warm brie with apples and Terminator bread
Mixed baby greens with roasted beets, goat milk gouda, spiced hazelnuts and Sunflower IPA vinaigrette
Hammerhead-braised buffalo with herb-roasted fingerling potatoes and roasted garlic green beans
Spiced cranberry upside-down bread pudding with a light wheat beer glaze
