Tapping the following limited release beers from Flat Tail Brewing in Corvallis, OR:
Put a Bird on Wit 4.5% ABV-The latest in our sour wit series, fermented with wild plum yeast. This sour belgian wheat ale is fermented with black mission figs, white peppercorns, coriander, and bitter orange peel for an intense, crisp sourness, with a fig newton and coriander finish. Aroma is bright and fruity.
Jarabe Caliente! 5.5% ABV -Brewed with artisan Cacao nibs, Portland grown Chocolate Habaneros, and Bulgarian Carrot Peppers, this chocolate chili stout opens with dark chocolate and deep salsa notes, supported by a chocolaty roast backbone.

Terminal Gravity made all the bottled beer and Double Mountain made all the draft, so you can compare and contrast that each brewery contributes to the two versions. Gravity Mountain combines the breweries’ two house yeasts, their unique base malts, and some of their signature hops to make a strong, blond-colored IPA that’s aggressively hoppy – 7.2% ABV Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner (Copeland variety), Marris Otter Pale, Biscuit and Munich malts, Hopped with: Styrian Goldings, Chinook and Brewer’s Gold hops; dry-hopped with Styrians and Brewer’s Gold
