LIVE L’agent orange NW style sour is a Blender’s Reserve spiced blond quad that was aged in Makers Mark barrels for 16 months, then spiced with orange peel and honey. Orange zest and herbal honey notes present themselves in the nose. Bright, tart orange peel, huge sweet malts and spices of cinnamon and coriander on the palate give way to a crisp orange finish that lingers-10.78% ABV, $6.50 a glass.

Apple Pie is a NW style sour blond ale was initially aged for six months in oak, then aged on Granny Smith apples for another two months. It was then blended with vintage apple beer and additionally aged with Bourbon vanilla bean and Granada cinnamon.

Elderberry is a live barrel of NW style sour red ale, initially aged for six months in French oak wine barrels, then additionally aged on elderberries. Sharp wine, dark raisins, red grapes and cereal notes on the nose, tart dark fruit and grapes on the palate, ending with a crisp dry finish with hints of fresh elderberries and grape skins.
