The spacious dining room overlooks a seven-barrel brewhouse where brewer Christian Ettinger works his magic. Laurelwood is non-smoking, and family friendly with a kids play area. The menu covers a wide range of options including vegetarian specialties.
The BeersYear-round BeersMother Lode Golden Ale: (20 IBU 5.1% alc. By volume) Laurelwood's lightest ale is crisp, dry, and refreshing.Piston Pale Ale: (35 IBU 5.6% alc. by volume) This Pale Ale is flavored with generous additions of Cascade Hops in both the kettle and the hop back. Ettinger Altbier: (22 IBU 4.8% alc. by volume) Altbier achieves the perfect balance with subtle fruitiness, great hop flavor, and a smooth malty finish. Boss I.P.A.: (70 IBU, 6.7% alc. by volume) Copious quantities of hops and an assertive alcohol content is the foundation for this creation. Crystal malts and a blend of Yakima grown Fuggles, Goldings and Cascade hops impart a very satisfying balance. Free Range Red: 14 Degrees Plato O.G. 2.5 Degrees Plato T.G. 60 IBU 6.1 Alc by volume. This Red Beer balances great hop flavor and aroma with a smooth malty finish. Space Stout: (40 IBU, 6.1% alc. by volume) Bronze Medal Foreign-style Stout 2001 Great American Beer Festival. Rich coffee and chocolate flavors dominate this opaque working class Ale. "By the time you get it, you're too far out."
