Our Enthusiast Members — we call them SNOBs (Supporters of Native Oregon Beer) are an integral link in what we like to call the “beer chain” that connects suppliers, brewers, retailers and consumers. As a SNOB, you will be able to show off your impecible taste in malt beverages and at the same time get a backstage pass to see what’s going on behind the scenes in Oregon’s craft brewing industry.

What payment methods do you take/How do I know if my order went through?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal and check in the mail. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Orders placed online are charged in US Dollars. Once an order is placed you are taken to a confirmation screen that shows your order number. A confirmation email is automatically sent to you with your order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk mail filter. We currently ship to US and Canada.
When will my order be shipped?
In stock orders are shipped within 10 business days, starting the business day after your order is placed via USPS First Class for single item orders or via USPS Priority Mail for multi-item orders. Delivery times will vary from 1 to 4 days via USPS First Class of 1-3 days via USPS Priority.
Exchanges and Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it and exchange it for a different size or refund to your credit card or credit to paypal accounts. You will have to pay the shipping for returns/exchanges or arrange a time and place to do it in person. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will have you ship the item back at your expense and send you a replacement with a check to reimburse your shipping cost.
During the checkout process you are required to enter certain pieces of personal information, including but not limited to email address, phone number, name and shipping address. We collect this information in order to process your order, but will not share the information with any third parties.
